Nothing too exciting going on in our household. Just the usual visitors.
Harper has osteo in her leg, and adjusting to having a cast. It’s been 7 months since diagnosis, and she’s lost a couple of pounds but still going strong.
Sara, her daughter, is worried about her mom’s illness. She was super shy when we first had her over, but now she’s been over a few times, and feels comfortable enough to hang out down stairs with us.
Jaime loves having company over, and will lay down in the middle of the room, so she be within touching distance of everyone.
Stella doesn’t mind company, but when she is 'Couch Queen' mode, she has a special way of keeping others away.
That Stella is one smart cookie!
ReplyDeleteIf Stella really is like Bunny, you'd better sleep with one eye open tonight! She won't wait to serve revenge as a cold dish!
ReplyDeleteI love Sunny's face! What a sweetheart! I've never seen a dog wear a cast for osteo. Poor girl!
Looks like Costco might have gotten a few dollars out of you for beds too!! Stella knows how to keep the couch to herself, doesn't she.
ReplyDeleteYou have the fun house where all the kids want to hang out! :-)
ReplyDeleteI hadn't seen a cast for osteo either. Interesting!
ReplyDeletewow looks like bed heaven in your house xxx
ReplyDeleteYou have the best relaxin' hounds. I love to see your photos of everyone resting.
ReplyDeleteOh that is just so so familiar :-) I can beard farting even when my Mums are upstairs and I'm in my bed downstairs. Makes me proud! Deccy x
ReplyDeleteLovely the picture of Sunny using the toys as a pillow.
ReplyDeleteLove and licks, Winnie
never seen a doggie cast before, hope it helps. Beds look like doggy heaven in your pad! Lovely photo's.
ReplyDeleteQueen doggies rule. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty sneaky of Stella. Poor Sara, worried about her mom. :-( Great that Harper is doing well after 7 months.
ReplyDeleteStella has got such a hairy butt, lol! Beryl isn't a 'windy' dog at all, perhaps if she was she might grow some hair back there? Love all the comfy beds and relaxed pups. Interesting about the cast for Harper.
ReplyDeleteAww. So tell me... how do you keep the stuffies in the basket?
ReplyDeleteI haven't been around to blogs for a bit and I'm sure you've heard the news by now that Alexis had to let Harper go. She was a very brave and strong little girl to hold on for so long! That's a sweet picture of Sara and I hope she adjusts okay without having her mama around anymore :(
